A wonderful comfortable place to relax with children

Everything was great! Great apartments, friendly hosts. Everything is clean, done with soul, care and love. Thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is perfectly clean, new. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable life, cooking. The baby was provided with a crib. The room had free water and juice, all the necessary detergents, laundry detergents. Close to the sea, there is a store and a good cafe nearby. Ideal for a family vacation! It was very nice to receive a gift from the hosts on the last day. They also called a taxi to the airport for us and we got there comfortably! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Quiet surroundings, close to the beach and only 10-15 minutes away from city center.

The location was in the middle of a quiet residential area with a view of the Zadar Channel. A few minutes walk to the seaside through a pathway took us to a beautiful sunset!!

A fully equipped kitchen.. with a bed - loved it

1. The room is basically a cooking station with a bed. If you just wanna relax and sleep in the room then you'll like this stay. If you also intend to cook (and 'live') then you'll fall in love with this place. We prepared meals in the room and had a blast. They provide EVERY single thing you'd want to cook food (and to basically live in the room). They equipped the place so that the people staying could live as opposed to other stays that equip the place for people to rest and relax. All forms of cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, equipment were present. We were thoroughly overwhelmed as we were discovering all of things they had stored there for us to use. 2. Walk 5 mins to the nearest bus station to catch to bus straight to the center. Convenient. 3. Want supplies or groceries? walk 10 mins to this store called 'Tommy's". You will get everything there. 4. The place is 5 min walk away from the coast (but not beaches). 5. The whole area this stay is situated in is so beautiful. Even the walk to Tommy's is magical, especially in the evening. 6. The AC and washing machine served as really well in the summer. 7. TV was nice and loud. 8. The WIFI was way better than we expected.

1. We got the smaller room in ground floor so the view wasn't as impressive as shown in the photos 2. The hosts weren't as kind & helpful as people were raving about in the reviews 3. It is pretty far from the center 4. The beaches it has nearby aren't the best beaches in the city

We are a regular travelers and would rate Lipotica’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy reachable to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to nice restaurants and local markets which was handy. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Paradise in Diklo

Mr. & Mrs. Lipotica were kind and gracious hosts. They really made us feel at home and went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect; everything you need is only a short walk away. The bus stop is also nearby- buses run regularly and reach Zadar in approx 15 mins. A perfect spot for a relaxing holiday!
