Located in the fascinating heart of the historic village of Costarainera, this fully equipped house will enrich your holiday-staying and let you comfortably enjoy Liguria nature on seaside and hills.
The house is positioned within the country, just a few steps away from the minimarket and a smalla and suggestive bar; also it is next to the medieval church.
The closest village, Cipressa, is easily reachable on foot (10 min walk through panoramic view path): here you could find restaurants, newsagents and bars.
The apartment of 60 square meters, is on one level; entering access in a large room, where the kitchen and living room are combined. Next to the living area there is a large double bedroom, overlooking the large garden. Also, opposite the entrance is a room with two other beds. Both the kitchen and the two bedrooms have a large door that leads you to the terrace; the door of the master bedroom also leads you to a beautiful bathroom, newly renovated. Full housing a beautiful terrace, where you have the opportunity to dine in peace, enjoying the sea view. From the terrace you can go down in the large garden, which has a spectacular view of the Gulf. In the garden you can comfortably sunbathe, enjoying the warm typical of the Mediterranean climate. Terrace is fully equipped with deck-chairs, table and chairs.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem bezaubernden historischen Ort, mit verwinkelten Gassen, typischen Bruchsteinhäusern mit farbigen Fenstern und Türen. Man kann sie nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichen, aber der Platz, den man anfährt, um Gepäck oder Einkäufe auszuladen, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Hier gibt es in den Sommermonaten eine mobile Bar. Kleine Speisen und Getränke kann man an Tischen auf dem Platz genießen. Ein kleiner Laden hat alles, was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es Fußball und Basketballplätze. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die große Terrasse und der Garten bieten einen phantastischen Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Einziger Nachteil ist der Raum mit den Einzelbetten. Es handelt sich hierbei um klappbare Gästebetten, recht schmal und nicht wirklich gemütlich, damit ist der gesamte Platz des Zimmers auch schon ausgefüllt. Für zwei Erwachsene recht unkomfortabel. Ansonsten jedoch wirklich eine wunderbare Wohnung in einer prächtigen Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns auch Sonderwünsche zuvorkommend erfüllt. Vielen Dank!

Siamo stati ospiti di questo alloggio con due bambini (7 e 5 anni).
La casa si trova all'interno del centro storico (molto carino e tenuto bene) equindi non raggiungibile con la macchina, ma molto vicino dalla piazzetta del paese. Il balcone e il giardino sono spettacolari per mangiare fuori e il giardino è un ottimo posto per giocare dei bambini.
Gestori molto gentili e disponibili e pronti a venirci incontro per ogni esigenza.
Il bagno è esterno alla casa, appena usciti sul balcone (comunque non è un problema.
L'appartamento è accessoriato con tutto.
