The house is a typical stone ligurian house (dated around 1600), contiguous to the medieval church and functoning bell tower and next to the village grocery.

The building is constituted as follow. A floor in the entrance hall, on the first floor, a terracotta stairway to the front of the house deploys charmingly: a sitting room equipped with a fireplace, relaxing bamboo chairs and a fully equipped kitchen; main bedroom (doublebed) and second room provided with 2 twin beds; wide newly refurbished barthroom (may2015).
In the additional opening, guests will find a sofa-bed and a typical rocking chair for your relaxation time.

In the suggestive heart of the historical village of Costarainera, this apartment equipped with every comfort, will give you a holiday of relaxation and nature, between the hill and the sea.
The accommodation is located within a typical Ligurian stone house, dating back to the late 1600s, located behind the Church of St. John the Baptist and a few meters from the mini market of the village.
With a short walk of 10 minutes with panoramic views of the coast, you reach the village of Cipressa that offers restaurants, bars, tobacconist, beauty salon and much more.
The apartment, about 90 square meters, is on three floors; from the first you enter the 'large entrance, through a comfortable terracotta staircase you reach the second floor, immediately entering a large bright room with three windows, working stone fireplace and large kitchen area with dining table, large double bedroom with original sea view, bedroom with two single beds. In the anteroom located between the living room and the master bedroom there is a sofa bed that allows you to have an extra bed. Complete the plan a beautiful bathroom completely renovated in May 2015.
