We have been there with the family during 1st May holidays. The hosts have been great. They described surroundings and what to see, we have got tone of lemons directly from their trees and olive oil. App had lot of space, with separate bedroom for the kids. Very quiet neighborhood, large parking and good micro location to visit west Liguria, Monaco and Nica
Do not know how is in the summer...you have to walk a little to the nearest beach.

- Dedicated parking spot in front of the buiding.
- Owner lives in near-by house , willing to assist if needed.
- Clean enough inside
- View of the sea from balcony.
Apartment is 1 unit within 4 unit building. Stairs and buiding surroundings might be better maintained - cleaner. You hear the neighbours , same as they hear you.
It is 5 mins to the sea, but about 25 min walking to maintaned beach unless you want to swim with dogs from all around. Looks a bit shorter distance on map than really is.
Only 2 dishwasher tabs provided for whole stay, Creaky beds in one of the bedrooms, rather do not move while sleeping.....
