Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über eine Treppe errreichbar. Sie ist geräumig und ruhig mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs bedurfte der Nachbesserung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 1,5 bis 3 km entfernt und es wurde das Auto zum einkaufen benötigt (sehr bergig, bis 20% Steigung). Sehr schöne Poolanlage, allerdings für nicht schwimmer ungeeignet (Wt: 1,5 - 3m), dafür für sportl. aktive top. Fazit: s. Titel der Bewertung

Die Ferien Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist Top. ( Was uns sehr gestört hat und auch nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist das der Pool Öffnungszeiten hat und zwar erst ab 9.30 bis 13.00 und dann erst wieder von 15.00 bis 19.30 Uhr ). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und groß. Super Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Einrichtung einfach aber gut. Lediglich die Matratzen sind sehr hart und die Couch zum ausziehen müsste Mal erneuert werden. Laufweg zum Pool ca. 50m.

Nice location, incredible views,
The apartment is big & very comfortable thinking that has only one bedroom! We where here in 4 people we loved it! The pool is magnificent! The only improvement we suggest is to change the sofa because is not comfortable for sleeping!
Generally speaking we had a very nice vacation here for sure we will be back in the future!

Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr ist auch da. Poolanlage sehr schön mit einem tollen Ausblick. Prospekte der Region haben wir erst am letzten Tag in der Schublade gefunden. Gestört hat mich: in der Wohnung waren Hundehaare. Es gehört auch mal feucht gewischt. Der Vermieter spricht nur italienisch. In weiteren Nachbarschaft gibt es 2 Hähne. Die um kurz nach 4:00 Uhr zum ersten Mal krähen und dann ab 05:00 Uhr ca. 1 Stunde. Wir würden wieder in die Unterkunft kommen. Reisetipps: Alassio (sonntags haben die Geschäfte bis 0:00 Uhr offen), nach Monaco sind es ungefähr 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. In Imperia kann man eine Wal–Schiffstour machen (ca. 4 Stunden – ohne das Anlegen des Schiffes zum abholen der Besucher gerechnet).
