Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes wohlfühl Rustico mit den gebäudebedingten Nachteilen :–) Kopfschutz tragen für größere Menschen :–), steilere enge Treppe ins OG. Für 2 Personen gut geeignet.Nachteile:Die sichtbare & deutlich hörbare Autostrada dei Fiori.Satelliten TV Eutelsat Hotbird ausgerichtet (ARD schaltet Das Erste auf Eutelsat Hotbird ab 21.3. 2017) Nur ein ZDF SD und ArteHD verbleiben zurzeit auf Hotbird von den Öffentlichen.
