About this villa rental
Just 150m to the beautiful Cala Abogat Bay close to Moraira and right on the Mediterranean Coast, supporting a small local beach and two beach bars with entertainment throughout the summer.
Also with other restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.
Directly from the villa you can walk to a multitude of other bays, beach bars and restaurants, being on the ecological and scenic footpath that takes you up and down the beautiful coastline.
Walk to to get your morning bread and all your shopping, so no need to take the car out!
Safe for children to swim, good snorkelling, and water sports.
The detached private villa is positioned down a peaceful cul-de-sac, with a large gated drive and has sea views with three terraces.
The Pool has Roman steps and has a covered pergola with gas, charcoal BBQ's, paella rings, outside kitchen and a pizza oven. Set to the side of the pool is terracing for seating, loungers and dining areas to complete the setting.
The villa has three large bedrooms, all having air conditioning.
The master is ensuite and has 2 private terraces, the second bedroom with twin joined beds and the last having two single beds.
There are two bathrooms and also a separate toilet, an American style kitchen with granite work tops and dishwasher, a washing machine, the lounge with cream leather sofas and recliner, flat screen television providing multi lingual tv of all nationalities.
The dining area leads onto a terrace with a large canopy for extra space if required straight from the lounge area.
There are also two additional terraces offering a choice of private bathing, or just quiet areas in which to sit to take in the sea views or read in the peace and quiet.
There is a large gated drive with garage.
This area is secure where children can also play safely.
It is just a few minutes walk to two beach-bars directly on the Mediterranean seafront and only a short distance to a multitude of other beaches, beach-bars, supermarkets and a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches
There are many supermarkets, the newest this year and Aldi just
a few minutes walk along the main coastal road. There are a great selection of further restaurants and bars closeby.
The Surrounding Area:
A car is not required to reach the bay with its small local beach and beach bar, restaurant and supermarket as these are all just a couple of minutes walk away.
However, a short drive will take you to the charming old fishing village of Moraira, with its many bars facing the beach and superb coastline. It has restaurants to suit all occasions and pockets, shops, market and marina.
Also there is Calpe, which boasts one of the longest promenades in Europe and which runs along wide sandy beaches. It also has a vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
There are so many villages and towns both along the coast, such as Altea and its Moorish church, Javea with the Old Town, port and beach, Denia with its castle walls, to more historical and rustic villages inland such as Jalon with its bodegas and free wine tastings, Alcali, Guadalest and so on.
More Activities are provided within 20-30 min away: One of the most entertaining towns especially for the young, is Benidorm with the massive Aqualand Theme park, Terra Mitica - a Paramount American style theme park, a wildlife theme park with dolphins and also so many restaurants, bars and an extremely active nightlife! There are most of the activities that you could possibly want to do on your doorstep, but in the end the favourite pastime seems to be having a cool drink by the side of the pool! There is a booklet provided to help guide you to find and enjoy any of the above activities and attractions.

Had a fantastic stay from 23/08 to 20/09/25.Anne is a really thoughtful and informative host.The villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The outside kitchen and pool are great. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which is cleaned twice a week.We visited several places in the area and in some very good restaurants. All in all a fantastic holiday, thanks Anne.

We had a fantastic stay. Anne was an excellent host, who was always on hand to help if we needed it. The villa was clean, well equipped and suited us as a family of multiple generations visiting. It was also lovely that there were different outside spaces.

Brilliant Villa. Short walk to two great restaurants. The beach bar does great breakfasts. Ol La La restaurant over in the next bay is a short walk away, 15 mins and worth it. The Villa has all you need and Aldi is a perfect local supermarket, would recommend Pepe supermarket which is 5 mins by car towards Moriara.Calp is great for the beach and has easy parking.Great place. Nice and quiet but not far from both Moriara and Calp.Easy to get taxi to and from Moriara too.

We can't say enough about this villa! It is exactly as advertised, you will not be disappointed. We spend 3 weeks with our 3 small kids ( 6,4,3 years old) in August 2018.The property is beautiful, spacious , well-maintained, and immaculate. Lots of thought into the tiniest details ( Outdoor kitchen with all equipment ) , brand news appliances ),perfectly located between various points of interest ( Moraira/Calpe :10/15 mn , Valencia : 1h, Benidorm : 30 mn ),the views are amazing & the hosts Anne & Norman were very welcomy, responsive and friendly ( welcome Package was awaiting for us with a bottle of Cava and enough grocery for our first Break fast!) . My familly and I loved our stay so much that we already have reserved our spot for summer 2019 :-) , I would advise this villa to anyone looking for a perfect Family Vacations in the Costa Blanca !
