Air con was good. Upper terrace was good with a nice view of the mountains. The location was excellent - with loads of very good bars and excellent restaurants and a great supermarket within walking distance.
We like walking, so we had a 40 min walk into Moraira evey morning.
Nice pool - but be warned it is very deep if you have small kids
Good wifi
Villa was clean (but see floors below).
The whole place is quite tired.
TV was way too small with the settee at the other end of the room.
Shower worked ok, but not very pleasant experience
Floors had been swept, but not washed (got dirty feet if walking barefoot).
No welcome pack such as toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc. (like other villas).

Beautiful Villa, very well kept, loved the little areas to go relax. Very close to shops and the beach, 5 minute walk, which was perfect.
There was nothing we did not like. We would come back again and again!
