Beautiful House in a Nice location with wonderful views. We spend a lovely week here and enjoyed the amenities of the House. There were, however, some hickups. We were missing basic information about the House: The warm water runs low quickly, where do you bring the trash, how to use the washer/deyer properly and so on. General info for the guests. One evening the gas for the stove ran dry. Had we not, during hide and seek with the kids, noticed the small outside cabinet with gas canisters, we would never have known to switch the canisters or that the gas is not on the communal gas grid. That should have been informed to us prior to the visit. Furthermore, the pool is in need of renevation. Some paint has chipped off and the pool appears less clean than wanted.
But all in all we really enjoyed our stay and loved the house.

Lovely villa in great location. Plenty of restaurants and superb supermarket1km away. Moraira 3km and lots more shopping / restaurants.
Villa large with lovely features, great pool, quiet, loads of privacy . Views from top floor excellent 180 degrees sea view.
3 x double beds/ rooms with additional large bunk beds on top floor with own toilet.
I would say house suits adults and children 12 + as could be considered a bit spooky in the lower rooms😄.
I’d also recommend a hire car just for ease to pop out to restaurants shops.
Also note main door from the road is very stiff and needs a kick to open once unlocked!
