Casa Herradura

Very quiet neighbourhood, stunning views, 10 mins drive to Moraira which is lovely. Lots of space in the villa, which was very clean, with many different terraces. Lovely pool and garden, secure with electric gate. Local host available to collect keys from and answer any queries. The kitchen is quite well stocked from previous visitors.

Very steep internal stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms, no air con in the main living area and one of the bedrooms. Pool was deeper than anticipated, 1.3m-1.7m. I expected to bring my own toiletries but I didn't expect to have to bring toilet roll, 2 toilet rolls where provided for a family of 4 for 7 days. The villa has 4 bedrooms but only 3 had been made up with fresh linen, the 4th had no coverings on it. Local host also collected keys but then asked for a cleaning fee, to cover emptying the bins. This had already been paid as part of the rental, so left on a sour note.
