If you want a quintessentially British stay in the heart of the Cotswolds, this is your place to stay. It was truly a wonderful experience, and Anna was the best host anyone could ask for. I really could not recommend this more. We’ll be coming back for sure!!

The perfect house, the perfect host, the perfect location!

Visiting Pytts house is more than a mere stay, it’s an experience, a joyful, uplifting way to find your home away from home. Anna is the most wonderful host you can wish for, warm, knowledgeable about the area , welcoming. She is an extraordinary human being that I am happy to have met and known even if for a short length of time. The house is just magic, beautiful, the decor is out of this world, the breakfast was amazing, the bed so comfortable, the facilities perfect. I couldn’t recommend her and Pytts House more, the ideal location to visit that side of the Cotswolds, I wouldn’t know what else to add other than we can’t wait to go back!

An absolutely enchanting place to stay - we'll definitely return!

Pytts House is wonderful! It's an enchanting historic house, beautifully styled by Anna and extremely comfortable, in a superb location in a little village only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Burford. Anna could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast she prepared was delicious.

Incredible English experience at the Pytts House!

Anna, was absolutely a wonderful host. The Pytts House was a lovely English Bed & Breakfast. During our England trip through the Cotswolds region, the Pytts House was our favorite place to stay. The house is clean, well decorated, the rooms were nice size, and the backyard was very quiet with beautiful flowers. The breakfast was made to order, and it was delicious. Anna was the best B&B host I have ever experienced. If you want a wonderful English B&B experience stay at The Pytts House.

Little Paradise in Cotswolds

Our stay at Pytts House Boutique Bed & Breakfast was exceptional. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Cotswolds. The property is literally as if it's out a fairytale with its beautiful garden and its unique decoration. Breakfast was served out in the garden with the company of three adorable doggies! Anna our host is extremely friendly and ensured to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She helped us plan our Cotswolds exploration with her recommendations and was always reachable for any enquiries we had. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and left relaxed and full of great memories. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful short break

We stayed at Pytts Boutique Hotel in Burford at the end of May, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel was built in the 16th century is beautifully designed with stylish historic charm with beautiful gardens Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a warm, cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Anna made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding, high-end toiletries, and lovely little touches that made it feel truly special to the point where Anna even ironed our clothes The location is ideal, just a short stroll from Burford's main street yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We genuinely loved everything about our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend Pytts to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing Cotswolds escape.

Anna was AMAZING and I even extended my stay because I didn’t want to leave! Piece of English paradise! She is much more than a host- she went above any expectations I had for my stay in the Cotswolds!! I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this as a stay if you’re visiting the area!

Everything is so beautiful. A gift from King Henry VIII to his suite. Nearly 500 years of construction. Very beautiful garden. The interior is so beautiful that there are no more adjectives. The owner, Ms Anna, is very hospitable and aesthetically minded. Breakfast met all our expectations. I am looking forward to the coming Christmas and beautiful summer and going to live again.

A place of beauty

Anna the owner really did make us feel so comfortable and looked after. Pytts House is stunning and she has really added to it's charm with her fantastic design work. It's nestled in an absolute place of beauty with it being in walking distance to the picturesque highstreet and an absolute gem of a place. The facilities, service and food were all 5-star. I would love to come back!

The owner was absolutely wonderful, and went out of her way to welcome my daughter and I. The property is beyond charming, and is in walking distance to High Street in Burford with its many shops and restaurants/pubs. Our room was well-appointed with beautiful views and the most comfortable bed we slept in while in England. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and as if it couldn't get any better, the owner's adorable dogs stole our hearts.

Charming Place in Cottswold

If you're looking for a place in the Cottswolds, stop looking and book now. The host is lovely and gave excellent recommendation. The house and grounds are incredible and the food is amazing. The house is within walking distance of shops and pubs and within a short drive to other villages. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Beautiful Cotswold bed and breakfast experience!

Location is great, it is a bit off from the high street in Burford, the breakfast was amazing, the look and feel of the place was beautiful so well decorated. Anna is an amazing host, very kind and thoughtful and really wants to help you have a good time. Also, very well kept and clean. Don't forget your bath salts for the bathtub. There is also a beautiful garden in the back, it was nice to sit outside and watch the dogs run around with the sunsetting. It was a very relaxing stay and felt like a "true Cotswold" experience in the English countryside! For those who love the "cottagecore" aesthetic, this is perfect for you!

Heavenly stay in the beautiful Cotswolds

Champagne and strawberries, lazing on the lawn in a nest of rugs and pillows under the gift of July's sunny kiss. The warm knowing embrace of the ancient house filled with an exquisite collection of Parisian chic and delicate art. Dawn's dappled light lazily entering our room as I drift back into slumber swallowed by the comfort of our expansive bed. Grounding barefoot to Mother Earth's pure energy as blooms perfumed and grass sweet decorate my afternoon yoga. The unbridled love from the quartet of perros, full of hugs and discussions. The grace of our host Anna who made us feel like the two most important people to have ever shared her beautiful expression of imagination and place. Such dear memories of a very special stay.

When we decided on a trip to the Cotswolds, I started my research for a special place to stay. I didn't want our base to be just a regular hotel or B&B, so I read numerous reviews on Booking. Once I came across Anna's place, which was rated 5/5, I decided to bet on it. We're on our last night staying at this magical place, and I truly regret not booking it for at least a week. I don't have enough words to describe the good energies and amazing vibes we experienced as soon as we stepped into her home. Anna provided recommendations and advice with great enthusiasm, along with her willingness to make people feel at home. The place is beautiful, with extraordinary pieces of art and decor designed with great taste. Our score for this experience is 10/10!! No doubt, we'll be back.

Anna was such a lovely host! Cotswold is dreamy as a location in itself, Pytts house made the stay even more beautiful. The furnishings are decor are superb, you really get the feel of a quaint English cottage.

Exceptional

Anna (the host of Pytts house) was amazing, a truly caring and lovely individual, who really added to our experience of visting cotswold. The house is beautiful, you can feel the joy and beauty walking around the house and the gardens, from the many small details you may miss if not paying attention, like cut snowdrop from garden in your room, to blankets placed by the bancony door to keep warm, Pytts house offers so much. I found myself marvelling over the beautifully decorated house. Anna was more than happy to help organising and picking champagne for the room, and booking restaurant for us, as a surprise. Anna's recommendions of places to eat and vist were brilliant, making the location easy and stress free from planing and Google searching of what to do. We will certainly be coming back in summer, it was much more than an ordinary b&b.
