House only 700 feet from fantastic sand beach (look at the pictures), located in Santa Maria del Focallo, Ispica Mare (prov. Ragusa - Italy), resort awared Blue Flag and Green Flag (sea ancd beach clean - baby friendly beach) by FEE (Foundation for Enviromental Education).
Nearby there are only other holiday homes, the countryside and the sea.
Mini market, tobacco shop, bar and restaurants just a couple of minutes from the house.
The house consists of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed;
- 2 small bedrooms;
- Main bathroom (toilet, sink, bidet and bathtub);
- Secondary bathroom (toilet and sink)
- outside shower room;
- Large veranda with table and chairs;
- Living room with open plan kitchen;
- Terrace overlooking the sea and the countryside;
- Spacious ground;
- n. 3 parking;
- burglar alarm system.
- ceiling fans in the bedrooms
The house does not have a heating system for the winter
Ideally located to visit the most important towns of the "Val di Noto" ("Ragusa Ibla", "Modica Bassa", "Scicli", "Noto", ecc.), part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site for its baroque buildings.
Ideally located also to visit Siracusa, famous for its beautifull Greek Theater and other archaeological sites dating from Greek times.
It is located to go on excursions to the mount Etna (140 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” in Agrigento (140 km).
Airports distances:
- Catania Fontanarossa km 115 (90% highway)
- Comiso V. Bellini km 75
The port of Pozzallo is 17 km far, and it has many links with Malta by ferries.

*Casa pulita, comoda ed atteggiata. Posizione ottima per stare al mare fino a sera in pace e relax. Dieci minuti di auto da Marzamemi per la vita mondana.
Accanto a Pozzallo per spesa parrucchiere e qualsiasi necessità.
La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa.
Non trovo altre parole per trasmettere l'emozione di una vacanza perfetta.

Casa piuttosto confortevole, si presenta come nelle foto pubblicate nel sito. Molto comoda la veranda, dove è molto piacevole pranzare e cenare o trascorrere le giornate quando non si è al mare. La spiaggia è fantastica e dalla casa si raggiunge in un attimo a piedi, poco affollata e con anche un piccolo chiosco-bar. La posizione della casa è ideale per chi decide di trascorrere una vacanza lontano dal caos ma nemmeno troppo isolati. Per fare la spesa occorre prendere l’auto, ma gli alimentari più vicini si raggiungono in meno di 5 minuti e sono tutti sulla stessa strada, che poi è il lungomare che costeggia la spiaggia. A chi piace la movida suggerisco di passare la sera a Marzamemi, che si raggiunge in auto in 15/20 minuti. Ottimo punto di partenza per fare delle escursioni nelle località più caratteristiche del ragusano e del siracusano come Scicli, Modica e Noto. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo trascorso qui una settimana di vacanza, un posto perfetto per chi ama la quiete e il silenzio. L'accesso alla spiaggia è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e il mare della Sicilia è lì ad attenderti su questa lunghissima spiaggia di sabbia dorata. A pochi minuti di auto si trova tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno: ristoranti, supermercati, bar e anche qualche spiaggia atrezzata e poi è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitarte la parte sudorientale della Sicilia, per intenderci quella swgnatamente barocca. Consigliata.

Hausübergabe bei An- und Abreise einwandfrei.
Prinzipiell sauber, aber viele Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Zwei besonders unschöne Dinge war ein völlig verschimmelter Holzkochlöffel im Schrank und auch das Kochgeschirr (Espressomaschine, Pfanne) war in einem erbarmungswürdigen Zustand. Man hat gesehen, dass die Besitzerin bemüht ist (ein paar neue Gartenmöbel) Dinge zu verbessern. Die Lage zum Stand ist toll (200m). Auch sollte der Platz hinter dem Haus aufgeräumt werden. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch akzeptabel.
