About this house rental
Typical single and independent Sicilian campaing house with a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen, living room with
resealable sofa bed. Outside garden with covered veranda, table with chairs, barbecue, parking space. The structure falls within my farm extended in 2.5 hectares, so with
large spaces available to guests.
The splendid beach of fine sand is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot along a white road in 5 real minutes !!!
Very quiet and peaceful place as a private property a stone's throw from the sea !!!
The house is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, and nothing is missing.
Sheets and a set of bath sponges are included.
Reservations are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday, electricity, water, air conditioning and gas included.
The possible presence of guests / friends will be analyzed from time to time with the property.
The town of Donnalucata is about 1 km away and there are also numerous supermarkets in the area, furthermore the strategic position allows you to easily and effectively reach the major Monumental, Baroque and Naturalistic sites.
My family and I are simple and friendly people, always happy to make new acquaintances and guests are not only guests but also friends ....... See you soon !!!
The house has totally private spaces, there are no shared areas. Social distancing is ensured. Cleaning is accurate and specific disinfectant products are used.
The beach is kilometers long and it is possible to place the umbrella respecting the social distancing

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicolò !
C’est une petite maison au confort simple située au sein d’une exploitation agricole. Il y a d’autres habitations mais la propriété est tellement grande que nous n’avions pas de voisins à proximité. C’est le calme qui qualifie le mieux cet endroit ! Nicolò et sa femme sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et de bons conseils. La maison a été conçue pour éviter les fortes chaleurs (petites fenêtres); nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs (qui nous ont permis de ne pas utiliser la clim).
La plage est accessible à pied (5 minutes) et est très belle et peu fréquentée.
Donnalucata est une petite station balnéaire très agréable, accessible en voiture (5 minutes) avec restaurants, épiceries, traiteurs , marché de poissons, et glaciers..Nous avons apprécié cette ambiance très sicilienne, pas encore contaminée par le tourisme intensif..
La situation géographique de la location permet d’atteindre les belles villes de Ragusa, Scicli, Modica rapidement. Syracuse est à 1h30 en voiture.
Nous recommandons cet endroit pour les familles qui voudraient découvrir cette partie de la Sicile de manière authentique, et prendre le temps de se ressourcer dans le calme et dans une belle nature.
PS: il est possible de faire des tests covid antigéniques à la pharmacie Donnalucata sur rendez-vous (pas besoin d'aller jusqu'à Scicli).

La nostra esperienza è stata super positiva: la casa è accogliente e ben accessoriata, il proprietario molto ospitale e attento a eventuali necessità.
La posizione è strategica per la vicinanza al mare e a località di interesse, ma la campagna circostante garantisce una totale riservatezza e libertà (ed è stata anche una bella occasione di scoperte per il nostro bambino!).
La casa e il giardino corrispondono alle foto e alla descrizione; anche nei giorni più caldi la casa si è mantenuta fresca all'interno.
Un merito speciale al proprietario, che con massima discrezione e cortesia è stato un riferimento prezioso in diverse occasioni.
Casa consigliatissima a tutti, in particolare a chi, come noi, ha bambini.

Niedliches Häuschen an ruhiger Lage. Das Häuschen ist komfortabel eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und liegt inmitten eines Gemüseanbau-Gebiets ein kurzes Stück ausserhalb des Städtchen Donnalucata.
Nicoclo, der Vermieter, ist super nett, hilfsbereit und bringt auch gern mal Gemüse aus seinem Betrieb vorbei.
Der 5 Gehminuten entfernte Sandstrand ist sauber und sehr flach abfallend (Ideal mit kleinen Kindern). Auch die nähere Umgebung hat mit Ragusa, Scicli und Modica viel kulturelles zu bieten.
Uns hat's sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

We spent 10 days in the small house in Donnalucata. Everything was in order and in line with the description. The beach, nothing less than renown beaches in Sicily, is just 5 minutes by walk. Shower in front of the house was really welcome. Nicolo' was fantastic to fix some inevitable problems we had during our stay. We personally suggested him to provide guests with wi-fi connection and handy guide to surrounding places (markets, bakery...).
