Small, yet very cozy and well equipped space.

Small, yet very cozy and well equipped space! Lots of storage space, you can feel that hosts spent quite some time thinking about comfort of their guests. The communication with Virginie was great: cleat instructions were provided and she was very responsive to all my questions. We had no issue with parking, which is important considering how busy the area gets in winter season. Our family will definitely consider this accomodation again should we be in the area.

You can never fully lock the door to the large bedroom. Also, beds were not super-comfortable, but since it was 2 nights only, it did not cause us too much discomfort. There was a dishwasher, however no tablets to use it were provide, so had to do our dishes by hands (not a big deal though).

Whole building was very old and dilapidated. The unit itself much smaller and older than anticipated from pictures.

Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel plans much smoother. Communication was also top-notch—any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. The responsiveness and flexibility really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming place to stay!

Space wonder

Good layout and vibe, kitchen is small but usable, dishwasher, easy to access, balcony, good for families, lot of storage for the small space, washing machine

The low light where the lights: one room was barely lit, dodgy electrics: some sockets didn't work, exposed wires, toilets downstairs are annoying at nights, pots did not fit the stoves

Two members who stayed there were comfortable and happy

Nice neat kitchen - good for two people

Rated poorly as it did not suit our needs at all. Bathroom on lower floor and bedrooms aloft, with very narrow stairwell. We had a newly broken leg in our party of 4 and it was impossible to navigate.

Poor communication with owners, beds left unchanged and used towels left lying around. Informed owner who didn’t get back to us.

Good stay in Chamonix

The place was clean and compact. Ski lift is just a stone throw away from the property. The property had facilities to lock the ski boards. Host sent the instructions very clear and it was seamless to find parking and accessing the property.

This place is perfect for Ski holidays but unfortunately we didn't ski there. It is too compact if you are travelling for holiday and if you wish to spend some time in the home.

The WIFI router has a really cool clock. It was awesome seeing it going from 23.59 to 00.00. We have a video, we can share. other than that, really cute and well equipped duplex.

Great location and facilities

Situated adjacent to Grands Montets lift area with easy access to bus to all other ski areas. Four adults in a two bedroom apartment, tight on space but adequate for our needs. Very well equipped.

Only negative would be that the only toilet was downstairs with bedrooms and bath/shower upstairs and the stairs narrow.

Appartement très sombre au rez-de-chaussée, en face du parking

Localisation très proche de la grand monté - beaucoup de place d'arrangement – très bonne boulangerie à 4 minutes

L’appartement, à notre surprise (contrairement aux commentaires), se trouve en face du parking – vis-à-vis des autres appartements très proches – aucune intimité, aucune vue. Impossible d’utiliser le balcon, car il est situé presque sur le parking. De plus, l’appartement est très sombre, au rez-de-chaussée, avec peu de lumière naturelle (jamais du soleil). Concernant les serviettes de toilette, nous n’en avons reçu strictement qu’une par personne (soit trois au total), dont deux étaient sales. Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires, mais nous n’avons reçu que deux petites. Il serait préférable de fournir un set complet et propre de serviettes par personne, ainsi que du linge de maison provenant d’un service professionnel, garantissant propreté et qualité. Heureusement, nous avions apporté nos propres serviettes pour aller à la piscine, que nous avons utilisée durant notre séjour. Un autre détail embêtant : l'absence de savon pour se laver les mains à l’arrivée. Il serait appréciable en arrivant que le toilette du rez-de-chaussée soit équipé d’un kit complet (serviette, savon, papier toilette supplémentaire). Enfin, bien que cela n’ait pas été un problème pour nous, il convient de mentionner que l’escalier pour accéder aux chambres est très étroit. Cela pourrait poser des difficultés aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.
