Disappointing stay

Location was good. Kitchen was well equipped.

We booked this accommodation because of the high rating but ended up being disappointed. The biggest issue was the fridge. Its door was detached from the cabin door so while we could open the cabin door, it was almost impossible to open the fridge door. Contacted the host, he was aware of the problem, but we couldn't understand why he didn't fix it before renting it out. The place was not that clean either, especially the floor and staircase. The stairs were very narrow with the electric safety switch located at the bottom of the stairs. A few times the safety switch was triggered accidentally while going up the stairs because the stairs were so narrow. This resulted in power being cut off, which means we have to go back down again to flip the safety switch. But the first time when this happened, we had no idea why the power was being cut.

The apartment was lovely—it was cozy, had a fantastic atmosphere, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The parking was a huge plus! The owners were very easy to communicate with. We stayed there with my family during the UTMB races, and it was the perfect place to be close to Chamonix.

Grand Roc Rocks !!!

We stayed for 3 nights and really nothing to complain about.It was a little cozy with 3 kids but they enjoyed and was very happy, that’s all matters to me.The host is very responsive and helpful.All the necessaries are in the apartment.20 minutes from the center by bus.Great mountain view from the balcony.Great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which has been nicely renovated. Very good location. It was easy to.communicate with the owner, who was very helpful.

A bit more storage would be useful, especially hanging space and hooks. We were two, so it wasn't a problem, but more than two people sharing might be difficult..

Very good

This apartment (No.20) is nicely renovated , sleeps 4 (parents and 2 kids) very well in. Double + two Singles setup with good divided privacy. For us, perfectly situated, well appointed inc a proper kitchen and full appliances not forgetting dining table and chairs. Just right for a 4 night short stay with kids.

The building is showing its age, but the apartments are individually owned and sublet. Each Appartement may have different states of Fitout/renovation. Floorspace isn’t huge, so it feels a bit ‚mini house‘ and stairs aren’t really for anyone with mobility concerns .

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die sehr gute Lage. Es gibt soviele Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Außerdem ist die Wohnung mega gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der oberen Etage. Die schöne Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Couch unten. Einfach nur zum wohlfühlen.
