We only stayed one night and it was ok but its not advertised correctly re bedrooms.
The location is great and near to public transport and shops.
This apartment was advertised as 3 beds and it is 2 beds with a third pull out bed in the lounge. The lounge is small and not private so it needs to be advertised as 2 beds with space in lounge for 2 more.

A Great Holiday Duplex
It's a warm, very clean, nice and decent family place to stay, we were able to cook our meals and wash our clothes with new electric appliances, I stayed there with my wife and 3 kids, we really enjoy and love it. the location on Argentière was great with free parking space, nice shops and activities. Chamonix City is only 15 min distance, you can go there with Train, Bus and Car, I receive all entrance instructions from the owner with easy and clear steps to follow.
Inside stairs is little bit tricky and Narrow especially for kids
