Small but perfectly formed! Everything you need in a small house. New and very clean. Microwave and hob plus utensils if you want to cook. Kettle in cupboard. On a quiet street with no road noise. Front door and windows are substantial so very secure. Very hot unlimited water. Comfortable bed. This was far better than last years booking and will use again. Clear friendly communication with Wattsapp to sort entry code etc. Ask for parking space if needed. Rovinj is my favourite holiday destination and we have been about 10 times so thoroughly recommend. Wattsapp Fabio 00385 98 96 04 567 for taxi. He took me from airport and picked me up on time with clear messaging. Great safe driver and speaks English very well. Nice guy who I will use again.€70. Difficult and time consuming to get a bus.

TV initially worked but then signal problems. It didn't matter as don't watch on holiday. Internet was 100%. Shower cubicle is small and might not be suitable for all but fine for me. Strong flow. The seating area is next to the quiet road and not particularly private. Last year's booking had mosquitoes and barking dogs which were avoided here. The location is 20 minutes walk from the centre. There is a bit of a hill so need to be mobile. Nearby beaches are a bit neater.

La stanza era ben tenuta, abbiamo anche trovato il deumidificato acceso (e’ stata una gentilezza) ma l’ambiente era un po’ umido 🤷🏻‍♀️

Das Apartment ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, Terrasse super! Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, ca. 15-20 min zu fuß nach Rovinj. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe! Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin-top (kurz und bündig, ohne viel blabla-Anweisungen bzgl. Müllentsorgung usw. kamen per WhatsApp in deutscher Sprache).

Das Apartment ist sehr klein (ist aber aber auch so in der Beschreibung angegeben!), nur, dass das WC bzw. Bad genau neben dem Esstisch ist, war sehr unangenehm (wir waren im März da, da konnte man noch nicht im Freien essen). Im Bad ist kein Fenster (kein Taglicht) und auch keine Lüftung!! Weiters hat der Wäscheschrank sehr stark gemüffelt, sodass wir am ersten Tag alles erst durchlüften mussten, hat aber gar nichts genützt. Was mich am Meisten gestört hat, dass ich für meinen Hund extra bezahlen musste, obwohl in der Ausschreibung stand, dass das Haustier inkludiert ist!!!!! Achtung vor den Parkgebühren in Rovinj, in der Hauptsaison sehr hoch (ich glaub so um die € 4,- pro Stunde)!!!!!!!!
