The location is Great and views are breathtaking.

Dirty linen and towels stained. The place not well looked after and not clean, needs fumigation and proper cleaning. Had cockroaches as well. Brocken blinds, limited cutlery, certainly for for 6 people.serious inconvenience by the building team incl. drilling, noise and dust.

Location, location , location

The apartment is spacious, comfortable with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the view and location on the promenade, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. are just a short walk. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. We had an issue in the apartment, the agent responded immediately and arranged for maintenance team the next day.

There is a substantial amount of light spilling through bedroom blinds at night, suggest getting blackout curtains. Afraid there are still cockroaches in the apartment.

See the sea at sea point

Proximity to the sea and it's was amazing.

If you have a trailer there is one parking bay allocated, you can't park both according to the rules of the complex I had to park my car outside, one of the residents in the complex was rude and accused us of parking in front of the garage but it was when we were checking out and had to hook up our trailer and it was not even five minutes, the security guard tried to explain to him that we are leaving but he was on our case. They must learn to share their space with visitors and stop being rigid.

no second set of keys, no advice re emptying of bins, no soap - thankfully arrived early enough and know the area so we could buy - for guests who don’t know the area it would be a problem. the couches and oven were neat but dusted only - not cleaned down

An der Promenade von Sea Point

Lage, Lage, Lage! Nahe zum Zentrum Sea Point, Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Küchenausstattung: ok, toller Kühlschrank , sehr gute Betten.

Schiebetür zur Küche klemmt maximal, Handtücher könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Wohnung war für 6 Leute gebucht, zum Glück war ein Kind dabei, ein sechster Erwachsener hätte Platzprobleme gehabt. Jalousien verdienen diesen Namen nicht. Die Umgebung draußen war laut.
