It’s ideally placed within walking distance of Killaloe and Ballina. Perfect place to base yourself while exploring the surrounding counties. The beds were comfortable & kitchen stocked with what we needed. It was very clean.
The WiFi did not WiFi. It was either slow or completely non existent. Quite difficult when teenagers wanted some down time.

Location was excellent. Property managers were also fantastic and responded to two requests (including broken shower) promptly. We rented four houses for our extended family gathering and these holiday houses were excellent for this.
The property itself was merely basic. The cleanliness of some of the showers was not great. There were lots of cobwebs. The glass balcony was dirty. The smell of bleach in bathrooms on our arrival was overpowering and the bathroom floors sticky.
