A great hotel in Bordeaux. I have stayed here several times now and I also enjoyed the breakfast. Helpful staff.

Location was in walking distance to all the main attractions, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was quite good too. Staff were also very helpful.
The narrow, one-way streets made it very hard to maneuver a car around (we rented a car to leave on the final day & drove around in circles trying to get back to the street to pick up our luggage. Also, no rooms could accommodate a family of 4 so needed to rent 2 rooms. Room was tiny but that’s to be expected.

The hotel is centrally located. Our room was large, very clean and had excellent air conditioning. The staff (all of them) are outstanding. We were there during the recent Wildfires in La Gironde. All the staff with whom we had contact were so kind, professional, helpful and reassuring. They went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as “normal” and as pleasant as possible. From finding out about rail and airport issues to booking taxis for us, they went above and beyond to help.
