Excellent location, spacious apartment, clean and in good order. We came as a family with two children (3 years old and 7.5 months old), and found the amenities excellent. Owner was punctual and clear. Excellent relation of qualify and price.

Estaba limpio, tenía todo lo que se necesitaba.
Los colchones duros para dormir. Además habían correderas como las de cajones cuando se abrían se desarmaban.
También pasaba con la corredera del lavaplatos

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig.
Die Möbel sind z.T. sehr instabil. Betten können in der Nacht einstürzen und Schubladen beim Herausziehen auseinanderfallen. Das kann vorkommen, aber hier haben es schon mehrere bemängelt und es wird nicht behoben. Auf eine direkte Beschwerde kam keine Rückmeldung. Küche ist extrem spartanisch und v.a für das Frühstück sinnvoll.
