Sticky floors & grubby walls , but the bed bath & wc seemed to be clean . Wont be stopping again

The whole room was GRUBBY. Needs redecorating & new flooring throughout .

Very difficult access to the property due to massive road works upheaval nearby was a problem.

Breakfast was OK but viennoiseries were not fresh. Walk-in shower and beverage-making facilities were useful. Room was clean if a little cramped.

Main door lock did not work well and needed to be ‘persuaded’ to lock on leaving the room. A general lack of maintenance was evident. The host was less than welcoming on arrival and seemed more interested in the TV he was watching.

Not much almost everything

Man at reception,very unfriendly and very unhelpful.arrived in afternoon had cup of tea,used 2 t bags and 2 milk ,none left for later,asked for more for that night, before bed but refused,after complaining he gave us 2 but there was no milk! ,have been to other hotels including campanile and always willing to supply

Could stay between Porto (Portugal) and Amsterdam, nothing more or less. But in contrast with last year the room was better, no broken lamp/ etc. Only one spot on the carpet which was hidden by the bin.

That I had to walk to the second floor with my ADHD dog and luggage.

Location

Restaurant was closed, only coffee and fruit juice available no beer or wine. Carpet in bedroom was really dirty and although we arrived at 3pm could not go to our room until 5.25pm as not ready Normally love Campaniles but this was a huge disappointment

A lovely cheap hotel with good facilities.. a little thought and attention to detail would make it exceptionally.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, lots of plugs especially by the bed , black out blinds good .. price!

Small Dead flies on the counter top.. told us it hadn’t been used for a while and not checked before we went in.. and the extraction fan next to the bathroom was on all night.. we did complain .. she apologised but said she couldn’t do anything about it.
