Incompetent staff. Cold food, cold coffee. Run out of red wine…. In France! Bill wrong at check out. Then Could not breakdown what we were supposed to be paying for. Room v basic. Pillows smelly. Towels thin and cheap.

Rooms are a bit tired. The restaurant staff were really stressed during service. Only 2 young waiters, no management and a bit confused. We felt for them as customers were getting frustrated. Please also can they serve hot food on hot plates.

A nice hotel for onward travel

The hotel was located well for travel with a supermarket located nearby. It had good spaces for disabled parking in a generous car park. I queried that we had not been given a disabled room on check in and we were readily given this. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very well set out for disabled access with a nice walk in accessible shower and a raised toilet.

The area is industrial which isn't a bad thing if you are expecting that type of location, which we were. The rooms would definately benefit from the addition if a small fridge and kettle.

Val the receptionist and bar man was exceptional and tried his best.

They should make it clear that the restaurant isn’t open on Sunday and they had just about run out of beer and wine. We have stayed here before but it has really gone down hill from last year probably won’t again

The usual IBIS hotel, staffed with friendly and helpful people. Great location and parking - easy for quick in/out of the city. Room comfortable, clean and warm. Small, but plenty of room for a quick overnight trip.

Location, close to motorway. Good place to stopover when driving full length of France. Breakfast is excellent. Free car parking. Nice Italian restaurant over the road, heading towards Poitiers Will definitely stay again. In fact we stayed on both outward and return journeys.

Hotel was OK I'd never go back because of the restaurant!

Disgusted with the restaurant. Shown to table and then ignored for 25 minutes. Others who arivved after us were served. We were given menus, that's where it ended.....we walked out.
