Fantastic location. Just add racks for towel and toiletries inside the bathroom for improvement. Everything else is good.

I paid extra for a twin bed room, but only one bed at the room when I check-in. Also the condition of the room is not good, toilet light is not working, bed leg is broken, one of the bedside light is not work…. I told the front desk instantly with photos, he told me that they will send technician to fix it with 30mins to fix the toilet lighting and bed leg, but the twin beds problem, they promised to fix it in the next day morning. They do come to fixed the bed and leave the rest problem without notice. Since we got early schedule in the morning, when we came back in the afternoon, the toilet light was fixed, but twin beds and bedside lights still didn’t fix… I told them again, still not fixed when we checked out. Also, they didn’t clean the room well, as you can see in the photo, shower head is super disgusting, toilet roll just put on the toilet (no rack); the wardrobe was broken, with the previous guest left behind cloth, and the spare quilt was covered in dust and hair. It is fine for me that the wifi was not working well, the soundproofing was not good, the room without hair dryer and fridge, but the room cleaning condition and the service was not acceptable.
