Lighthouse 1208 is a professionally decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 12th floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views. Located within walking distance of dining, shopping, and nightlife. Guests enjoy 635 feet of private beach just outside the door!
Unit amenities:
• Access to the gulf-front balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances; drip coffee maker and Keurig provided. Dining room seating for six at the table, plus four barstools.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity, large jetted tub, and separate shower
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Bunk room with twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes available at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash not accepted)
**This property is located within an HOA community with specific guidelines regarding animals. Guests traveling with service or support animals are strongly encouraged to contact the HOA in advance to review any applicable community procedures and ensure a smooth arrival at [email protected].

Extremely easy check in, beautiful condo, and excellent view. Two nice large bedrooms and one bunk bed room with a door as well. The carts are on the first and second floor and were extremely handy when it came to loading and unloading luggage and groceries. About 20 feet walk to the beach and two pools. We will absolutely book again!

This condo was fantastic!!! The condominium as a whole had great amenities, the location was perfect, the beach access was phenomenal! 1208 was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the look and feel + the ocean view was great! We would definitely recommend coming here & will return ourselves!

First visit to Gulf Shores and this property and I loved both - The property was better than the description and pictures show - the tasteful decorating cleanliness and spaciousness are the high points. The check in was seamless, the office on property is incredibly responsive and helpful. The beach access and the umbrella and chair service on the beach was amazing. Having a secure parking garage was a plus and the proximity to restaurants and other sites is amazing. I loved the water view and the access from the master bedroom and the living room to the VERY spacious balcony was awesome for just enjoying the waves and beach sounds. Thank you thank you for such a great stay. I stayed by myself but selected this property that had multiple bedrooms because of its location and amenities, and I plan on booking next year.

Overall had a fun trip. Leaking ac unit caused some slips and minor injuries and was frustrating to address.
