Across the street is Island Market which is a great store that sells specialty meats as well as beer, ice, milk, and eggs. Come relax and watch the sun set with unobstructed views at Lighthouse 608! Located on the 6th floor, our unit sleeps up to 8 with a King in the Master, Queen in the 2nd Bedroom, 2 twins in the Bunk Room, and a Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms come with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Parking passes will be purchased onsite through Lighthouse and Driver's licenses will be checked when checking in. Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We loved the location, pool area had a bunch of toys that everyone could use which was amazing! The mgmt property was very communicative throughout the stay. I did have a few things from the condo itself that was disappointing. The couches were horribly uncomfortable- pillows didn’t help, second bedroom closet was off the hinges, the patio door couldn’t latch so was unlocked whole stay, the dishwasher and washer makes very loud noises.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. The parking was so easy to navigate and the ladies on the second floor for parking passes were so very kind. It’s centrally located to everything fun to do in Gulf Shores. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location but was disappointed in the condo. It is in need of updates and cosmetic improvements. Couches need to be replaced as does the master shower. Could have been cleaner also.

The Lighthouse Property was well maintained and clean for an older Property. The outside was very clean , elevators clean and fast, checking in was easy. I needed to replace my arm bracelet and the staff was very accommodating. Liked how easy it was to drive in and out of. When we got to our unit , we couldn’t get the door unlocked. The code wouldn’t work and we tried several times and contacted management and eventually they forced it open for us, however not until our last full day did we know the door never locked. Our Grandson told us , hey did you know I didn’t need the code your door is always open 🤦♀️Now here’s the problem with the unit itselfBlack mold all over the master shower Bathtub faucet leaked whenever we used the shower , I had put our extra toilet paper in the tub since we would never use the tub and $10 worth of paper destroyed. Dishwasher leaked alsoHorrible dresser in main bedroom No light over kitchen tableInadequate lighting in family room, hard to do puzzlesNeed a much better grade of blinds in front bedrooms, the chintzy one fell in the middle of the night on our grandsonNeed better patio furniture, lounge chairs, better tableAlso the drapes in living area and main bedroom were awkward to open and 6 inches too longTo sum it up this unit 608 needs many renovations
