Located at the popular Lighthouse Resort, guests enjoy access to 635 feet of private beach, two Gulf-front pools 💦, relaxing hot tubs, and a Gulf-view fitness center complete with a sauna. Families especially love the zero-entry pool with fun water features for the kids 🌴✨.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and welcoming layout designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for easy meals and beach snacks 🍹🍴, while the open living area is perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The primary suite features a spa-like bathroom with a large whirlpool tub, walk-in closet, separate shower, and double vanities for added comfort.

Parking
• Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchases onsite. $50 per car/per stay. Working hours: Monday -Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p. m.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

We stayed 2 full weeks and enjoyed every minute! Spacious, clean, updated 3rd floor unit allowing for parking right outside our door. Property management very responsive when a small maintenance item came up. This is our 2nd year renting in the Lighthouse Condos, it has so many amenities. Very well-run and maintained property.

All was wonderful except the floor was so dirty, like it needed a good mopping. We could not go barefoot or with only socks on without the bottoms of our feet being black. Everything else was fantastic! Easy access to beach. Parked on third floor right outside our room. Nice condo!! Would definitely recommend, just hopefully floor will be cleaned better.
