I liked the easy access to the beach

The rental has a wonderful patio with a beautiful view of the beach. The beach access is perfect. The staff, toiletries in the rental, and amenities were good. The unit needs some maintenance: the bed support fell the first day; one toilet ran after each flush, and the living room sleeper couch was not comfortable for sitting and watching tv. The parking fee can change due to the HOA, so you won’t know until you arrive what the parking fee is.

Pros- great location and amenities. Staff super friendly. Pool area well kept. Overall cleanliness of the building good. The balcony was awesome and loved the openness with a variety of seating options on balcony . Master bed is comfortable. Tons of extra bed pillows to choose from. Cons- Master bathroom toilet ran non stop. Looking back at previous reviews of this condo, it had been mentioned a month ago and apparently still not fixed by the time we rented. Broken picture left on floor upon check in. Master bathroom shower head coming out of wall and spraying at door. Used condom found in second bedroom floor. Second bedroom door hinge and screws coming out, could only access room from the bathroom. Sleeper sofa is so worn in, it sinks in major and very uncomfortable to sit on. Fridge did not close properly. Floors were turning our feet brown, not cleaned properly. Owners of the condo need to invest money to fix issues and cleaning staff need to do better.
