CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

It was as advertised. Clean, quiet, and great location. The master bed was comfortable but had major indentions on each side.

We stayed in 1108 for a week in October. Communication via text was simple. Condo was clean, and better than it appeared in photos. The bunk room is great for younger kids.
I do wish they had some better pans. We made due. Wish we would have brought our griddle.

This charming condo was everything we wanted! Two king size beds and two bathrooms with an extra bunk bed room for kids….it was so adorable and decorated for a relaxing time at the beach. The balcony was extra roomy and everything we needed was there. I forgot to get dish soap so we had to make a quick trip, but that was on me. Book it NOW!

We will definitely stay here again! We loved to beach themed decor. The condo was immaculately clean. The view was perfect! We sat on the balcony watching the dolphins swim as we drank our morning coffee. Great location. We walked to a couple of local seafood restaurants for dinner. The pool and beach were awesome. We had a wonderful, relaxing, stay.
