Lighthouse 1713 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + bunk room unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers coastal comfort with an ambiance like no other.
The primary bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and direct balcony access—allowing you to enjoy refreshing Gulf breezes from the moment you wake. The guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Kids will love the bonus bunk room, their own cozy “hideout” during your stay.
Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals or a special vacation dinner.
The Lighthouse is ideally located just 0.5 miles from The Hangout and within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Guests of Lighthouse also enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including two beachside outdoor pools (one zero-entry), two hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, sauna, a Gulf-view fitness center, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the sugar-white sands.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Wonderful space! Comfy primary bed! Thank you for all the extra pillows and blankets!The balcony was incredible! Exactly what I wanted, comfortable place, walk downstairs to pool and then walk a few more steps to the beach! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!Only suggestion would be to keep beach towels for your guests. That would be so nice!

We absolutely loved our stay! We traveled with three teenagers and could not have asked for more. I was so happy that the bed felt just like my home bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and downtown was walkable if you don’t mind about a mile walk . Thank you for great memories made!
