La Piazza Apartment

Fantastic location right in the historic center in an old stone building with charme and character. Spacious and very cozy, an excellent choice for families. Katarina and Mario, our hosts, are super nice and helpful, we felt like home :)))

Nous avons été accueillies par la charmante propriétaire qui est venue nous chercher ou le taxi nous avait déposées. L appartement correspond à la description. Très vaste, avec beaucoup d équipements digne d un cinq étoiles . Il est dans la vieille ville de dubrovnik, tout se fait à pieds. Les remparts, les départs en bateau pour les îles à 2 minutes.

L appartement est parfaitement situé mais si vous avez un sommeil léger, la rue est bruyante, des restaurants se trouvant a proximité.

Fantastic location. Clean and tidy. Very well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the advertising said 3 beds, but when we showed up the apartment had one bed, one sofa bed. We can see comments here going back to 2022 where people have asked about the description and the hosts were aware that the property advertised 3x beds. We shared this with the host and there was no comment! We discussed the misleading advertising with the host and it is now changed on the website. However, we specifically booked 3 beds for three people and would never have booked if we knew we had to share beds - 2 bedroom properties are naturally cheaper and naturally we feel cheated. The host apologised and offered us a breakfast (not enough!) but was also very challenging, telling us we should be happy with the apartment because they normally get good reviews, the location is good and we "received even more than what was described on the website" ... Extremely poor response. We paid money for something we didn't get - we should have been compensated. Based on the handling of this situation, I would definitely not recommend this accommodation.
