Ocean Walk Resort - Striking Ocean Front View

The condo was very nice as shown in pictures ocean front 7th floor. There was welcome tray when we came in with coffee pods, candy, cookies and nuts

Was not cleaned well before we arrived personal items left in shower and on sink. 2 queen beds in small bedroom not room for luggage, safe was not wall mounted so not usable.

The room we rented was very clean and beautiful.

I hated that the pool was shut down because of a code brown. Not your fault

Mattress on king bed was bad

We' enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk Resort. Especially nice is the expansive pool area which was a highlight. Our experience with Unit 702, however, is mixed. I will try to be constructive. Positives: -beautiful view of the ocean; -nice balcony; -spacious floor plan -appears to be recently painted; -cheerful “beachy” wall hangings; -relatively, and mostly, clean; -live bands on Friday and Saturday evening. Not so good: -usually no hot water; take shower late in the day to maximize chance of hot water(even after notifying property manager and front desk; front desk more helpful than property manager); -TV in living room did not have sound control; after many hours of effort, and thanks to front desk, technician corrected; TV operation needs written instructions. -safe inoperable; -conglomeration of kitchen cooking/eating utensils, dishes, pots - and only one small frying pan; -shower drips; tub controls need repair; -cheap toilet paper; -king sheet was too small and kept coming off; -only two “half dollar” size hand soaps; -no dish soap, (but, three dishwasher pods which was enough); -living room needs at least one more lamp, preferably two. This property has the potential to be a very good one with more owner/property management attention than it is receiving.
