This is a very nice condo on the Beach with all kinds of amenities. Multiple pools, the beach, hot tub and of course the tiki bar. It is worth the costs and near everything on the Oceanwalk and Ocean Center, as well as many restaurants. Everything you need to park the car and not move it for the weekend.

There need to be a lot of improvement in amenities and the condition of the condo, in terms of normal maintenance and how it was presented on arrival.
