The resort is wonderful. Lots of fun for the kids, food options, direct beach access, and mostly wonderful staff.

The unit we stayed in could definitely use some TLC, but was “good enough”. The beach was crowded, which was totally expected and totally fine, but we went down early in the morning to get a good spot and the chair rental company was SO aggressive in setting up their chairs for rent. They literally put chairs within arms reach of both sides of us. There was also apparently a thunderstorm within so many miles of us one day and they completely shut down the pool deck. All of it. It really wasn’t fun to see all the resorts next to us still playing for over an hour and my kids couldn’t. It never rained and we never heard thunder. Last thing - we smelled weed all. day. long. It seemed like every time we turned a corner, we walked into a cloud of smoke. Overall, the resort is very nice - we were more annoyed with people than anything.

The pools were exceptional. The easy access to the beach was nice!

The hot water took a little while to get there but was ok. The cooking pots and pans were not great, we didn’t even use them because of how they looked.
