The location and amenities.
The elevators took quite sometime due to the amount of people there. Not sure how to fix the situation.

location is great, view was wonderful. Having a kitchen with a family is a nice option so we could save money and have food at the condo. It was tucked away in the corner of the building, so not a lot of foot traffic! Made our stay better. Just wish guest room had blinds and curtains as it faced the hallway. It only had curtains.
there was a yellow stain on one of the comforters in our guest room. We also found an eye lash on the carpet in the living room. The beds were all switched out bedding wise, after we checked in. But we did arrive at 1 am. So it was not a great start to a long day of travel.

The pools and amenities are perfect for the kids.
The chicken process is horrendous. Parking for the facility is horrible. Do you staff checking you in or extremely rude. We paid extra for additional parking pass from the owner but the facility staff refused to give it. The owner was very nice.

The room was kind of dirty and needs to be upgraded. The water slide closes at 5 and you can’t check in until 4. We were able to check In at 3 to use the pools but by the time I called the owner 3 dif times having to stand in two long lines two different times. Had two joining rooms only got one parking pass.
