Ended up getting bit by something? Bed bugs in 2 rooms. 3 people reported bites. Was told that we brought them in? 2 other couples reported no incidents. Staff was informed. Claimed it would be all over apartment but they due live in mattress.

There was a awful smell in the apartment particularly coming from the side of the apartment where the master bedroom and second bedroom and bathroom was. I bought sprays but they didn't help much.

This property was very close to the beach and had spacious accommodations. There were many kitchen tools available for cooking during our stay.

There was no hot water on the first night, but was back in order the next morning and for the duration of the trip.

Perfect location and nearby facilities. Cleanness, furniture and appliances in excelent conditions.

It would’ve helped a lot to have a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment.

Great location, spacious condo but badly in need of interior updates

Breakfast was not provided. Excellent location across the street from the beach and an adjacent playground for the children. Sleeping spaces were well designed with good beds. TV and kitchen appliances worked fine but no garbage disposal. The pool was very nice and the gym looked good as well. Convenient to the elevators.

The furniture was all decent but the place itself is badly in need of renovation - holes in the wall, missing towel racks, paint peeling, etc. Stopper was missing in the only bathtub, very inconvenient for bathing kids. Only 3 dishwasher tablets were provided for our 3-day stay. Seven people x 1 plate each for each meal takes a lot more than 3 loads. Only 3 garbage bags and no recycle containers provided. One tiny sliver of soap provided for each tub and shower.

The host was excellent, she was very attentive and was there if we needed her for anything. I loved everything about the property, apartment was bright and spacious. The location was good and the scenery was beautiful. The staff was a nightmare! If you didn’t speak Spanish they ignored you, wouldn’t help or give advise for anything. “Contact your host” is the most you will get out of the lobby staff

Spacious room, included beach chairs and umbrellas. Very close walk to the beach across the street. Maria was a great communicator and was able to resolve the issues I had immediately.

The room was not clean! Floors were full of dust. The beddings were not clean and had stains and hair all over them! DISGUSTING!!!! Some of the towels were old with rips and bleach stains on them where I wouldn’t even use to mop my floors! Maria came the second day and changed the beddings and provided new towels.

Solide Wohnung

Super Lage und tolle Anlage mit kleinem Pool und genügend freien Liegen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung ist groß. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war insgesamt nicht so sauber. Wasserhahn im Bad läuft nicht normal, Bettlaken und Handtücher waren teilweise dreckig. Leider kein Meerblick vom Balkon, das sah auf den Bildern anders aus.
