Great apartment, good location

The apartment was large and convenient, in a very good location and add plenty of facilities

I got more than 10 messages and several phone calls from the property management which was exhausting, including an international mandatory phone call. The baby pack and play came without a mattress which was very uncomfortable for our baby (who slept with us instead)

Nice location, pleasant apartment, great pool, very good management team.

the apartment has a good size, roomy and very comfortable. It has all the standard amenities: two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. There a gym and a pool in the complex. The pool is great, with pleasantly warm water.

There were a few small issues but the property management took care of them promptly: one of the beds has air mattresses and one was deflated, so they walked us through inflating it using the dedicated remote control. There were no beach towels initially, so they had someone buy them and bring over. One thing that could have been better is a bit more of the washing and cleaning materials like toilet paper and shampoo. The available quantities were exact and it would have been nice to have instead a bit more.

Un séjour parfait dans un logement impeccable, bien placé et géré par un hôte très réactif.

L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos : spacieux, lumineux, très bien décoré, avec une vue magnifique sur les canaux. La propreté était irréprochable à notre arrivée. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout mais au calme. Le gros plus : la réactivité de l’hôte, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Tout était parfaitement organisé du check-in au check-out.

Отличное расположение прямо в 3 минутах езды от Авентуры! Номер соответствует фото, сан узлы староваты, но все работает, а отличный вид на яхтклуб и удобные кровати компенсируют этот недостаток. Все сделано со вкусом и есть все необходимое для долгосрочного размещения. Парковка в закрытом комплексе входит в стоимость, что очень удобно! Рекомендую!

Очень долгая система регистрации, надо заполнить много документов. Но зато вы находитесь в закрытом комплексе.
