Love Newport but this house was very disappointing. Smell of mildew downstairs was strong so windows

Place was dirty. The code to get into the house was repeatedly an issue. Four adults all with college degrees struggled with it everyday.

Decorated lovely

Lots of bed pillows in the house but all were old, flat and unuseable. The comforters were old and needed replacing. The towels were supposed to be white but were old and very brown dirty looking. I had to ask a few times for the towels to be replaced. The dishes had to be cleaned before use, they were dirty and greasy. deep cleaning needed throughout. The bbq was full of grease and burnt bits in the trap and grill. Had to be cleaned and was a fire hazard. The dryer hose was not connected. The fireplace did not have a screen so considered unuseable. The upstsirs bathtub clogged and drains slowly. No access to the beach unless you went to the Nye shops. Maintenance and cleanliness unkept by the local Vacasa team

The number 6 on the coded door sometimes turned red and code had to be restarted,

The remote in The upstairs bedroom did not work. You had to use a digital remote on your phone. That was not clear. There was not a volume button on that tv to adjust so that was frustrating. Maybe in the house note book you could mention how to use the tvs in the house

Exceptional

This house was great for our girls weekend. It was very clean and supplied about any amenity you could think of. We loved the comfortable beds and there was ample seating room in the living room. The instructions to the television were so handy to have. We will definitely be staying here again.

Small garage, but it worked for our car.
