Large, modern 3x3 apt with excellent views of Oregon coast - but check plates/utensils before using.
Modern, large 3x3 apartment with views of nearby Oregon coast from living room and all bedrooms. The unit has elevator access, full kitchen, laundry, BBQ on porch, plenty of closet space. I would stay there again!
The company that manages the apartment provided cleaning instructions for dishes, garbage, etc. that would have benefited from greater details (e.g. where exactly do you take out the garbage? what is the garbage day?). Despite the substantial required cleaning fee, it appeared that guests were relied upon to do some of the cleaning - and they didn't always do it. For example, I found dirty plates and utensils in the drawers. However, this was easily fixed and only a minor inconvenience.

In the main bedroom there were 5 windows with remote activated shades. Only 1 shade worked, the other 4 remained closed. I tried the remotes multiple ways, changed the batteries, no luck. There was not a shade on the balcony door in the bedroom so at 5am I was awakened by the sunrise. I would have liked an extra blanket but there were not any. Three out of 4 of us did not like our beds, too hard, too soft.

my mom and sister are 5 foot and the furniture was for much taller folks. It needs a through cleaning in my opinion and the blinds replaced or fixed that weren’t working.

A TERRIBLE, DIRTY, UNCOMFORTABLE, VERY UNHAPPY STAY .
THE STOVE WORKED WELL.
THE KEY TO THE PROPERTY WAS SO HARD TO GET INTO AND OUT OF THE LOCK, WE COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE IT IN THE LOCKBOX WHEN WE LEFT. THE LOCATION IS ON THE BEACH BUT THE PICTURES DON'T SHOW HOW THE PARKING IS BLOCKED OFF BECAUSE THE BEACH IS FALLING INTO THE OCEAN. WHEN WE CALLED THE OFFICE ABOUT ANYTHING, THEY WERE RUDE AND DID THE VERY LEASE POSSIBLY TO MAKE ANYTHING BETTER SO WE JUST STOPPED CALLING. IT WAS THE WORST STAY WE HAVE HAD IN THE 20 PLUS YEARS WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE OREGON COAST. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Enjoyed our stay and the amazing views. Only detraction was the rather worn and dingy furniture.
Location and view cannot be beat! Very clean place. Easy check in.
The sofas and upholstered chairs are quite dingy and spotted and could use replacing. We were there in winter and spent a lot of time indoors so we couldn't fail to notice this. More blankets and pillows would make it a lot more comfortable.
