Great stay made for a great vacation. Minor hassles were totally offset by the good stuff.

Great location with easy walk to beach and food. Beautiful home with plenty of space and fun style. kids books, nice yard. mostly comfy furniture. Local staff delivered a new coffee machine and Dishwasher sanitizer same day I complained--but the initial help from Vacasa was a bit too slow/tedious (my first text included photos to show obvious problems, but I still had a long exchange with generic and useless suggestions (unplug and try again etc.) before they agreed to involve local staff)

Maintenance issues: Dishwasher was filthy (mold growing on all plastic surfaces. Spent ~40 mins disassembling and scrubbing with brush before we dared use it). Coffee machine had mismatched carafe (someone broke the real one?) so overflowed first morning. Broken bed held up with paint cans.

Very roomy and a nice family gettaway location

Very roomy and comfortable. Close to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub

It was dated. 1970’s feel however it was nice. The old was mostly the stove and cooking was a little old

Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully decorated, nicely located home—quiet neighborhood close to all the amenities of Nye Bea

Nice views (somewhat filtered) to ocean and north/northeast; thoughtful and beautiful decor (great art work); loved the hot tub; comfortable bed (only used one bed since my traveling companion had to cancel); well-equipped kitchen; easy walk to beach and to restaurants/shops in Nye Beach.

There were a couple issues that came up (ability to stream programs on my devices didn’t work; couldn’t get the tv to work—maybe my lack of familiarity or maybe available streaming speed?; elock on the front door stopped functioning); but they didn’t distract from my enjoyment too much, and I trust they’ll be fixed for the next visitors. Vacasa support was responsive and helpful. Would be preferable to have a shade on the window to the right of the fireplace for privacy since that area is used for parking by neighbors.

We had a lovely time and would come back again gladly.

Location. It was tricky to find but that made it private. It was a super easy walk to the beach and shops. Also the hot tub was a lovely way to finish a long day of activities.

The beds were not the most comfortable. It could stand a mattress pad or something.

The doors were hard to shut or didn’t stay shut in the house. Lock box was hard to get in even when code was correct .

Good location and the views.

There a smell to the location and it was clear by the smudge marks on the fridge door and kitchen door the home had not been disinfected. We didn't feel safe staying and left after 90 minutes after arriving.

Pretty much offers everything we need or want..

Ambiance. Well furnished and supplied. The open concept kitchen/LR is perfect for our group.

The master bed and Murphy bed are uncomfortable. A mattress topper would help immensely.
