Beautiful views

The house was super clean and in a good location. The dining room had the most beautiful view of the ocean! The driveway was a bit small and hard to navigate, but other than that it was wonderful!

The driveway was hard to navigate and very small and tight. The listing said it could house up to four vehicles, but it was a tight fit with just two vehicles. Other than that, it was a wonderful location! Hard to find at first, but wonderful once we found it!

With out Matt our wknd would have been aweful. The owner need to spend a few bucks to fix this house.

The beautiful views.

Arrived at 4 with a 5 course seafood dinner. No burners or the oven worked. Matt saved our night by fixing 3 burners. Next day fixed the oven. Ruined our dinner. Black mold was in the upstairs bathroom. Couldn’t use the decks. They weren’t clean. Living rm fire place didn’t work. Stayed in Hawaii a few weeks before. Cost less for 4 days. Decks were clean. Looked around Newport, saw much nicer places for less.

Excellent location, ocean view, plenty of rooms and the sauna room.

Some room’s window screens were broken and dirty.

Very clean upon arrival, but needs to be updated for the price they are charging.

Location was great with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and towels and the living room was very cozy with the fireplace on in the evening.

The bedrooms were WAY too small. A couple of the bedrooms didn't even have a dresser to put your clothes away. There was only room for a bed. Parking is very tight unless you don't mind leaving your vehicle across the street in the parking area meant for the state park.
