Very central property in downtown with great pool facilities

The address listed on booking. Com isn’t the address of the hotel, even though the hotel is actually more central than the stated address. Also, the owners have some form of agreement with the main hotel for the apartment which made check in a little more complicated

The apartment was perfect: very clean and equipped with top-notch facilities. Its location is excellent, just a short walk to the main metro station, making it easy to reach all destinations. The host was friendly and very responsive. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor cinema.

It was a great holiday in the centre of Los Angeles. We were met by Dion (special thanks to him!) - everything was easy and on time. Although the original flat had electrical problems, we were given another - a nice one overlooking the courtyard and pool. The apartment was modern and in good condition, with comfortable beds and a spacious living room/well-equipped kitchen. The pool was great, there was even an outdoor cinema with headphones! And it was very quiet - we had a great sleep. Whole Foods / cafes - 10 mins walk, no security issues, the apartment complex itself was very modern and safe. Customer service was always on call on Whatsapp - when we had a request for extra cutlery, it was delivered in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.

10 for the premises - excellent apartment with an amazing view, washer, dryer, pool, jakuzzi and sauna, equipment with all the needed. We were set to Level location (as this is not the direct host as mentioned in previous reviews). The place is excellent for family with kids. Due to other bedroom being super tiny wouldn't recomment for 2 couples. Though kids didn't complain:)

4 for feeling like home (arriving well after check in starting time) to full unloaded dishwasher (with a broken vine glass in there as well), dryer with previous guests clothes and full washer with dump towels. 0 for check in process - warning of timeframe of artival few hours before didn't ensure smooth check in process due to international whatsapp number freezing communication and no phone number reachable for a call. Half an hour waiting (thanks God, in the a/c lobby, not outside) with small exausted teenagers (to be sent to Level reception after that half an hour wait!!!) was thing I didn't look fooward to. Very unprofessional. Homeless people and traffic noises mentioned before are still there (definitely not the place for light sleepers). Check out message asking for 10 of 10 review in return to bonus did it all:D This was our replacement booking in an emergency situation and we truly enjoyed the premises.
