With soaring exposed ceilings, oversized factory-style windows, warm wood floors, in-unit laundry, and a cozy, design-forward living space, this loft is perfect for a Downtown LA stay. Walk to Pershing Square, Grand Central Market, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, then unwind with access to the building’s rooftop pool, hot tub, gym, and skyline views. • California King Sized Bed with 100% cotton sheets in main bedroom area
•The large sofa pulls out into a bed and can sleep an additonal 2 people.
• Warm wood floors and exposed ductwork for an authentic loft feel
• Comfortable lounge area with smart TV and dining space by the windows
• Nintendo Switch available upon request
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cookware, and dining essentials
• In-unit washer and dryer for longer stays
• Modern bathroom with walk-in shower
• Heating and A/C for a comfortable stay throughout the year

This is a true Downtown LA loft, so you’ll be staying in the middle of the city with easy access to restaurants, transit, nightlife, and local attractions. Like most downtown locations, you may experience some city noise and activity outside the building.
Parking is not included, but there are paid parking lots, garages, and metered street parking options nearby. We are also right next to the Pershing Square Metro Station, so you're conveniently located to public transit if you're coming from out of town.
Guests will have access to the building’s shared amenities, including the rooftop pool/hot tub and gym. Detailed access instructions will be provided before check-in.
