Welcome to your two bedroom retreat with a versatile loft, just steps from Echo Park. Spend mornings on the lake in a pedal boat, afternoons exploring Griffith Park eight minutes away, and evenings at Dodger Stadium or the Hollywood Bowl, both an easy drive. Sunset Blvd is a five minute walk, putting some of the city`s best restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife at your doorstep.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. A sofa bed in the loft provides flexible sleeping for additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook comfortably, with an adjacent dining area for meals at home. In the living room, a comfortable couch and 55` Smart TV with streaming access make it easy to unwind after a full day, and a dedicated workspace makes the home a natural fit for remote work.
All beds come with fresh sheets, linens, and duvets, and extra towels are provided along with an in-home washer and dryer.
There is a rooftop with an outdoor dining table and seating, a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying the nice view.
High-speed WiFi with internet speeds of up to 200 Mbps and one free parking spot on the ground level are all provided during your stay.

This home sits on the border of Echo Park and Silver Lake, two of the most walkable and character-rich neighborhoods on LA`s Eastside. Echo Park Lake is just two blocks away, with its walking paths, pedal boats, and weekly farmers market. A few blocks in the other direction, Sunset Blvd offers a deep lineup of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and nightlife. Dodger Stadium is about five minutes away, Griffith Park is under ten, and Silver Lake and Los Feliz are minutes down the road. Downtown LA and Hollywood are both an easy drive, making this a convenient home base for exploring the city. Despite everything within reach, the street itself is quiet and residential.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, this is one of the more walkable pockets of LA`s Eastside. Echo Park Lake, Sunset Blvd dining and shopping, and everyday conveniences are all within a short walk. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well, and Downtown LA and Hollywood are both a quick ride away.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
