Very clean apartment and facilities (pool, hot tub, gym). The included free parking spot makes this an especially good value. I’ve stayed other places nearby where parking is an additional charge and it’s very expensive! The couple of times I contacted the property manager with questions they responded immediately, so communication is excellent. The views from the roof are great: we saw some beautiful sunsets with the DTLA skyline.
The views from the apartment that look out over the property wall are unsightly. There’s a lot of garbage in the alleyway and on the property grounds next door. But this is not the fault of the property and it’s downtown LA, so it’s not out of the ordinary! You can’t see any of that when you are enjoying the pool/hot tub as there’s a wall that protects the property. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the apartment and facilities. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location, across the street from LA Convention Center, where my convention was being held. Really appreciated the security of the complex. A key fob was needed to enter the building and the gate for the underground parking was operated with a remote. Fob was needed for elevators and code to enter apartment. My wife and I felt very safe and secure. Apartment was comfortable and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped and a great view of the the pool.
We really enjoyed our stay, and if I need to say something that I didn't like, it would have to be that there wasn't an ironing board

Amenities-wise, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, and pans. Plenty of K-cups stocked too. I enjoyed the living room with the pull out couch-extender thing
I felt a little misled with the pictures, but I guess they were accurate. Just not what I had expected was all

Great location. Was a little hard to get the doors to the complex open but once we we in the stay was great except the tv.
They should tell customers about the tv . We didn’t have any for the whole time. Also the checkout time needs to be explained better.
