Eine wirklich sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Bei der Übergabe war es ziemlich warm in der Wohnung, da die Klimaanlage es offensichtlich nicht ganz geschafft hat bei den hohen Temperaturen. Es wurde sofort für zwei neue Klimageräte gesorgt. Über die Zahlungsweise sind wir uns dann auch einig geworden. Auch der Eingang zum Gebäude hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren froh, dass ein Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort war.
Uns war nicht bewusst, dass das Apartment in einem bereits kritischen Teil der Stadt liegt. Der Weg vom Parkhaus zur Wohnung war immer mit etwas Angst verbunden.
