O apt era ideal para a família. A cozinha era integrada a sala, tudo ótimo.

The property was spacious and clean and thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the host was excellent.

It would have been good to have a credit card payment option for peace of mind.

Overall, I was satisfied with both the apartment and the parking. Considering the location and facilities in LA, I think this place offers good value for the price even with a few minor drawbacks. The parking area was close to the apartment, and both the building and parking area felt secure, so I felt safe during my stay. The location was convenient, close to downtown, and it was easy to use public transportation. The beds and the sofa were comfortable. The shower water was hot enough, although I was not sure how to properly control the temperature. The living room had two windows that could be opened, which made ventilation easy, and it was convenient to use OTT streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The washing machine in the apartment was out of order, but there was a laundry room in the basement, so it was not a major inconvenience. There was some traffic noise outside, but it was not too disturbing. There were also some homeless people nearby, but that is common in many downtown areas, so it did not bother me much. Communication with the manager was smooth, and they were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Booking.com description mentioned that each bedroom had two beds. In reality, one bedroom had two beds, but the other bedroom had only one bed. I stayed for two nights, and I think it would have been better if more towels had been provided.
