The property was clean, well-appointed and centrally located for access to local restaurants and the grocery store right around the corner. It was also a good home base for day trips around the city. We appreciated having the washer and dryer in- unit, and that every room had a TV and its own bathroom (key for 5 people getting ready in the am). While there were no views from the property, the back patio was a good place to relax and have a cocktail outside when we returned from being out all day. The host was super communicative, quickly answering all questions we had about the property. He checked in proactively prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place, would definitely recommend this roomy, modern, well appointed unit for those who want a great central location with parking and don’t mind not having a view.

Clean, well-kept, modern townhouse with plenty of space, bathrooms, kitchen supplies, TVs, etc. Shawn was an excellent host who communicated very quickly whenever we had questions! Check-in and Check-out were both a breeze. Will definitely stay here next time we're in LA!

This place was so cute and spacious enough for our group of 11. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more. The parking is a little tight but it was worth it to stay in that area. Shawn was super helpful and we'd love to stay again.
