The location was excellent, and the area felt quite safe.
The host was very responsive, and the assistant who handed over the keys was also incredibly polite and kind.
The apartment was clean and very spacious, with more than enough room for four people. It was also very reasonably priced for this part of Downtown LA.
It was a little difficult to work out how to turn on some of the lights, and we also had some trouble with the Wi-Fi, although we’re not sure whether we were using it correctly.
One issue was that paid early check-in was unavailable, and we were only able to confirm its availability the day before our arrival.

Location was walkable to nearby restaurants and shops, apartment interior was nice and comfortable, pool was great, in unit laundry was helpful! We also used the roll away beds for our group, so that was a useful touch.
A couple of simple maintenance suggestions submitted privately.

Spaciousness, cleanliness, location, equipment, new, modern.
One small suggestion would be to include shampoo, laundry detergent, and some basic cleaning supplies for guests who prefer to do some light cleaning during their stay.
