Very under whelming.

No breakfast was provided. Charged $50 security deposit. No toilet paper. Tub hard to drain. No lightbulb in two lamps Will never use again.

Complete hell, disgusting. Plzzz avoid this place

Owner overcharged me early check in fee the first time I checked in , I stayed there three weeks he charged early check in fees every time I paid for room

Owner, water broke me out u use for shower, towels stained , sheets stained. Shower faucet cover fell off .

I was able to get a room booked with the holiday coming up

I did have towels in my room but one and it looked dirty like a towel used to step out of the shower. Plus wasn’t told til last minute about the deposit. When I didn’t see it on the app. Spread had spots and fitted cigarette burns.

Great staff, needs updated

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. I don't know how else to describe just how fantastic the staff was. Almost the only thing that kept me from giving a negative rating. The bed was comfortable and solid, it was a comfortable nights sleep.

The facility is older and not well maintained, there were loose tiles in the bathtub, mold on the ceiling of the shower, and there were stains on the bed cover and sheets. Also believe there may have been bed bugs which has required us the expense of treating our luggage and items we had with us.

The most surprising thing about this property was that the first room did not have roaches.

Everything. I rented two rooms. When I got into my rooms, they were both hot and had been left with the AC off, while it was over 90 degrees outside. The rooms smelled of urine, and the refrigerator it one still had old food in it. One of the bathrooms had several dead roaches behind the toilet. Neither bathroom was stocked with towels or soap. The key cards to either room did not work. The receptionist had to let me in the room several times, and she kept stating that she would make me another key card but never did. After waiting in the rooms for over 2 hours, the smell still hadn’t dissipated, nor did the smell get any better. At that time, I asked the receptionist and the owner if I could just get a refund for the room. They denied my request stating that they had a no refund policy. I ended up taking a loss and staying somewhere else for the night. It was a terrible experience.

Everything the staff was very rude and down right mean they literally took money from me after charging me 300 bucks for a week stay my little Yorkie stay with us for 2 nights so they charged me 75 bucks for 2 nights and to make matters worse my wife got eat up with bed bug bites this place is horrible it should be shut down there was no reason for the staff to talk to us like that and my granddaughter came to visit for like 1 hrs and they ran my card for 45 bucks cause my granddaughter was there for an hour

The nightmare from hell.

The deak worker argued with me over the reservations I made online, tried to double charge me and threw a fit because I had my service desk with me. They offer nothing of value and we got ate up with bed bugs too!!
