Cleanliness, no elevator, the smell. Got 2 rooms both had cum stains on covers AND sheets. Bugs in toilet. BED BUGS IN THE ROOM. Got another room, exact same issues. Cigarette butts in the hallways.

The workers were pretty nice and were helpful.

Our door was halfway off the hinges and we had to lift it to close the door, we also had stains on our floor that were orange

Sheets were dirty. Bed was dirty refrigerator didn’t work. Microwave was broken on each room that I was in. had to be removed three times.

Had we not been so tired we wouldn’t have stayed!

There was none that we were aware of. Working at a well needed redo, it should have been closed down

Worn out, our room did not smell bad, big surprise, the bathroom was covered in Sheetrock dust, the bed had questionable stains, had I seen them I would not have slept on them. . Our door didn’t shut properly bc the top hinge was loose. The checkin clerk was a delight, working her butt off to help us. The outside locks were broken. We were traveling with a elderly widow friend, we worried about her safety as she was right by the unsercured outer door.

Disappointing and we felt the place was running down.

There was no breakfast

the grounds of the hotel were not good. The grass was not cut and looked like it had not been cut in a while. The ice machine was out of order. No continental breakfast and no explanation. The pool area had broken chairs. The elevator was out of order. The place felt unsafe. Not a place that I would stay at again.

Dissapointed.

The staff was friendly.

No hairdryer. When I requested one, I was given key card for a nearby room so that I could go in & use the hairdryer in it. Too bad there wasn’t one in it either. Bathroom was dirty. Sink was detached from wall & looked like it was about to fall off.

it appeared not very well kept, the elevator didn’t work properly, a lady and a baby was stuck in the elevator; I spoke with two guests where they were assigned a room and there was someone already in that room; and I overheard a guest saying her room had been sprayed and she should not have been assigned that room.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had to experience while staying at a hotel…

Room 123: The first room we were in was beyond filthy. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, the toilet seat was falling off, there was mildew all around the bathtub, the light between the beds didn’t work due to it being broke. Room 124: They put us in the room across the hall. the lamp between the two beds were broken to the point where it was literally hanging off of the structure, the bed “headboard” fell off the wall to the point my daughters hand got caught underneath the headboard. The carpet was so torn that small nails/staples where poking up. Had we stepped on any of them we would have gone to the hospital to get a tetanus shot… This was the worst experience I’ve ever been through while staying at a hotel.

The bedding was full of holes, the sheets were stained and there was an old chair in the room that really belonged in a dumpy. It was unsanitary. The carpet was sticky, the blow dryer didn’t work and the coffee pot broke when we tried to use it. No breakfast even though it was advertised.

Overall not a bad stay

Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is an older hotel. The breakfast has been changed to only juice, coffee and muffins - definitely disappointing and was not notified of this change until I checked in at the hotel.
